Peri Peri Black Beans and Rice (from our Cafe in Augusta, Ga)

Peri Peri Black Beans and Rice and downright delicious.

This is the exact recipe from our restaurant and is a side item that is the most popular.

Brown Rice makes it full of fiber and gluten free, Black Beans, Garlic Peri Peri Sauce (the secret), fresh red onions, red peppers and Yummy Yummy sauce.  Make a ton, everyone is going to want more!

You'll need:

4 cups prepared brown rice
1 cup black beans, rinsed
1/4 cup Garlic Peri Peri Sauce
1/4 cup Yummy Yummy Sauce
Diced Red onions for garnish
Diced Red peppers or tomatoes for garnish

Combine Rice, Beans and Garlic Peri Peri sauce
Garnish with onions, peppers/tomatoes and Yum Yum Sauce!
