Peri-Peri Chicken Kabobs (skewers) with Spicy Almond Sauce

You are going to love this recipe.
As some of you know, we are working on a Peri-Peri Cookbook.  What is interesting about making recipes with Peri-Peri Sauces is that they have so much flavor in themselves, you don't need as many ingredients as you might normally think!
Now, for the Peri-Peri Chicken Kabobs with Spicy Almond Sauce.
We tried this recipe several times using different Almond Butters, we even gave Peanut butter a shot....but, like I expected Georgia Grinders Almond Butter had the cleanest flavor and is what we choose every time.
*Cut 2-3 lb. of chicken breasts into strips and marinate in Peri-Peri Marinade for at least an hour.
Preheat Oven to 375 degrees
Put chicken on the skewers (wood or metal is fine)

Cook chicken for 20-30 minutes turning halfway through.
Mix the following ingredients for the Spicy Almond Sauce

     1/2 cup Hot Peri-Peri

     1/2 cup Almond Butter (Georgia Grinders Original)

     1 cup coconut milk

     2 T. Sugar

     1 T. Soy Sauce

Serve chicken with the Spicy Almond Sauce on the side or you can drizzle over each skewer!
