The Peri-Peri pepper grows wild in South Africa, also known as the African Bird's Eye Chili.  We import them to the US from Malawi (Africa).  It is the signature ingredient in all 7 of our flavors, ranging from very, very mild to very, very hot.

The Peri-Peri Pepper has an intense flavor; it is more than just "hot."  Couple this unique pepper with our detailed, layered cooking process and viola, you have the world's most flavorful sauce (with heat!) 

Our family of sauces use fresh garlic, onions, lemons (the whole lemon), herbs and spices and 3 peppers, of course, the Peri-Peri Pepper.
